We are continually evolving our products and services. This means that we periodically issue new releases and versions. This page shows how we handle support for products that we have discontinued. As technology development drives changes we may change our policy, so we encourage you to check this site regularly to get the latest information about the End-of-Life Policy.

End-of-Development

This means a product is no longer actively developed. Only bugfixes will be made. In most cases this means a newer version has been released.

End-of-Life

This means a product is no longer updated and is no longer offered standard support. Helpdesk activities have to be paid for using the standard support rates. A newer version of the product is available. Please contact Controllab for an offer to upgrade.

This means a product is no longer available.
